Our attorneys negotiate complex acquisition and development agreements and affordability covenants with master developers, mission-aligned nonprofits, and state and local governments. We possess broad experience in title and survey review, entitlement approvals including zoning and subdivision, and property owners’ and condominium associations.

Construction

New Communities Law helps clients negotiate prime construction contracts with general contractors and agreements with architects and owners’ representatives. Affordable Housing Finance
